He leads up a team out of the Nashville office where he helps matches top remote engineering talent with companies across the country. In his spare time, he is a father, husband, and mediocre defenseman on an upper B ice hockey team in Nashville. Oh, and he has the best floral shirt collection in all the land thanks to Duvin.
Jake Shepherd is a technical connector, advisor, investor and passionate about product development. He is based out of Raleigh, NC and is the Founder of a Technical Solutions arm of Vaco called Built Technologies. He loves tattoos, tacos, and hanging with his family and knows nothing about sports.
Dan Thompson is a technology recruiting and sales leader and he has somehow lasted almost a decade in the business. He focuses largely on executive leadership and project software/product deliverables. Dan is also an avid wine drinker, traveler, boater, and sacrifices every Saturday in the fall to cheering on the Florida Gators.
